Stocks Fall To End The Week

The stock market suffered falls Friday to end the week on a downward note. The Nasdaq was the biggest loser, dropping 0.85% of its value. The S&P lost 0.72% and the Dow 0.54%.

All 3 indexes have gained since Joe Biden took office as president, with the Dow and S&P having bigger gains than the Nasdaq.

Biden has also lost ground on all 3 indexes in his comparison with Donald Trump since yesterday. His leads on the Dow and S&P have reduced by a few tenths of a percentage point, while the gap to Trump on the Nasdaq has widened by almost 1%.

The gap between Biden and Barack Obama on the Nasdaq has increased by more than 1% since yesterday and is approaching 9%. Biden’s leads on the Dow and S&P have also reduced a little but remain healthy.
